1. What are some of your hobbies or fun facts about your focus on wellness?
> “I love anything related to self-care and wellness! That includes practicing yoga, mindful movement, and taking the time to cook nourishing meals. I’m very much an ‘eat well, feel well’ kind of person, and I believe in taking time to intentionally reconnect with myself.”
2. What kind of treatment is your favourite to give?
> “My favourite is a deep tissue massage blended with relaxation. I believe we can help clients release deep-seated tension while still leaving them feeling calm and restored. If a specific area needs focused work, I enjoy addressing it in a way that always supports the whole nervous system.”
3. What is your go-to technique in a treatment, and what do you focus on?
> “I specialize in slow, controlled forearm and elbow work. I find this technique allows me to reach those deeper layers of muscle without overwhelming the body. My goal is always to ‘melt’ tension rather than forcing it, which makes the deep work feel effective yet comfortable.”
4. What kind of music do you prefer to use during a treatment?
> “I opt for soft, calming music. I want the atmosphere to support slowing down, grounding, and completely relaxing the mind and body”
