Fun facts & hobbies:
I grew up on a farm outside the lovely town of Paradise Valley. When I’m not massaging, you can usually find me relaxing with a good book and coffee, or going on adventures with friends and family.
Favorite treatments:
I truly enjoy performing deep tissue massages. It’s incredibly rewarding to help clients find relief from chronic tension — especially when I get to use my elbows for that extra effective depth and release.
Favorite techniques:
One of my absolute favourite techniques is a good pin and stretch on the neck. It’s amazing for releasing stubborn spots and improving range of motion for clients who carry stress in their shoulders and neck.
Preferred music during treatment:
I prefer using instrumental songs during treatments. They create a beautifully peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, helping clients settle into a state of deep rest.
